The Plant itself has long been credited with many awards
for our hygiene practices, and as a result of our commitment
to Environmental Health & Safety - EHS, we can safely
state that there are No Emissions
of smoke, gases, toxic waste or any hazardous substances
from the Plant, which may pollute or deteriorate the
environment or surrounding areas.

The Plant is continually updating its procedures
to meet with the pressures that are put on the environment,
making our Company one of the leaders in Environmental
Health & Safety - EHS in this region. |

We were the first Bottling Plant in the
Arab Region to introduce the technology of Polyethylene
Terephthalate, which is commonly known as P.E.T, and is
the material from which 'Nada' mineral water bottles are
made and which are extruded from the engineering resin
CLEARTUIF 8006 - this is a totally safe, environmentally
friendly material. |

This resin provides high stress properties,
high barrier priorities and high air retention properties.
It fully complies with FDA Regulation 21 CRF 177.1630
and associated GCC and ECU regulations. - The bottles
are recyclable. |

Substantial investment in alternative packing
machinery has been added to the Plant, to minimize the
use of paper cartons. |
|
The Management here in 'Nada' are committed
to achieving the goal of ISO 14000 and interacting with
other major companies here in Bahrain to achieve a better
environment for the people of this region to live in for
future generations. |

EHS within the framework of the Company
stresses to our workers how important is it to conserve
raw materials. In-House Training programes have had a
successful impact on employees, and we have reduced consumption
levels, particularly Paper. |

The quality of 'Nada' Pure Natural Mineral
Water, which contains iron, fluoride, calcium, magnesium
and other beneficial minerals essential to the health
are approved by he World health Organization and meet
FDA regulations. |

In addition to the success of our Premium
Water, we have recently brought onto the market a selection
of Flavored Waters, to go one step further in providing
even more refreshing water with additional health benefits.
All ingredients are 100% Natural,
-POLLEN, MINT & ORANGE BLOSSOM Flavored
Water are a much healthier alternative to drinking
carbonated drinks, which are not suited to the body, especially
for those of us who live in the rather hot and arid climate
of this region. It is recommended that we drink at least
8 Glasses of water a day to maintain a healthy body. |
